NEW OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE

Alteration and additions to the existing Graphic Packaging warehouse to incorporate a new office building and truck canopy.

A spacious, open-plan office building stands separate from the factory warehouse, but is accessed through a rear corridor, creating a fluid connection between office and production.

The office building is composed of a long, portal-frame structure, clad in dark, corrugated metal to match the warehouse exterior, with bright green highlights on the inner recesses.

The new truck canopy allows efficient access in and out of the goods storage area. It is a steel, portal frame structure with a lower canopy to the side, which provides covered access to visitors and factory workers.
